Booking & Cancellation Policy

Aisha Tours – Jordan


1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings with Aisha Tours are considered confirmed only after:

  • Receiving the required deposit or full payment (depending on the tour), and
  • Sending a written confirmation email from our team.

Until confirmation is issued, availability is not guaranteed.


2. Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required for all multi-day tours and private packages.
  • The deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
  • Before arrival online, or
  • Upon arrival in Jordan (if agreed in advance).
  • The remaining balance can be paid:

    Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.


    3. Cancellation by the Traveler

    Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email.

    Refund policy:

    • More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund minus transaction fees.
    • 3–7 days before arrival: 50% refund.
    • Less than 72 hours before arrival: No refund.
    • No-show: No refund.

    Some services (such as non-refundable hotels or special event tickets) may have stricter policies. These will be communicated in advance.


    4. Cancellation by Aisha Tours

    We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

    • Force majeure (weather conditions, government restrictions, border closures, etc.)
    • Safety concerns
    • Minimum participant requirements not met

    In such cases, clients will be offered:

    An alternative tour option of equal value.

    A full refund, or


    5. Amendments & Changes

    Changes to bookings are subject to availability.

    Requests made less than 72 hours before the tour may incur additional charges.


    6. Late Arrivals

    If a traveler arrives late or misses part of the tour:

    We will do our best to assist where possible.

    No refund will be provided for unused services.


    7. Refund Processing Time

    Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

    Transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.


    8. Travel Insurance

    We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

    • Trip cancellation
    • Medical expenses
    • Personal belongings
    • Emergency evacuation

    Aisha Tours is not responsible for personal losses or medical expenses.


    9. Responsibility

    Aisha Tours acts as an organizer of services including transportation, accommodation, and activities.

    We are not liable for:

    Events beyond our control

    Delays caused by third-party providers

    Weather conditions

    Government decisions
